Daisy Hill HDU

The ten bed HDU located on Daisy Hills 3rd floor required several distinct solutions from the Cableflow range. There were several bed spaces located beside large windows; the freestanding vertical supply unit was the ideal solution in order to make this space as ergonomically friendly for both medical staff and patients alike. This unit allowed for services to be fed to the patient’s bedside whilst keeping an open and bright environment for everyone in the room. The FS Medicol proved to be the ideal unit for parts of this HDU.

Two dialysis bed spaces are incorporated within the unit and here the Medicol RO-V with integrated RO pipework and media panel seemed to provide a very clean and convenient solution. Where the RO was not required at wall oriented bed spaces a medicol product was selected, this again offered the best solution as it provided all the necessary supply outlets the medical staff may require in order to offer the highest level of care to the patients.
