Letter to our healthcare clients across Ireland:
As you are no doubt aware, we are in uncertain times. I want to take this opportunity to assure you that we at Synergy Medical are doing everything possible to minimise the potential spread of COVID 19 whilst maintaining as much as possible business as usual.
In order to ensure that our staff remain safe we are wherever possible instructing staff to work from home. This may lead to some slight disruption to normal service, but we believe this will be minimal.
Where staff are required to visit the office through necessity strict distancing and hand cleansing procedures will be in place.
Due to the nature of our business it will not be possible for all staff to work from home all of the time.
Site staff will be in touch individually with our clients to agree a site by site strategy. Where possible this will involve remote access arrangements for commissioning of nurse call systems.
Where it is unavoidable to visit a live hospital environment staff will ensure that the strictest hygiene procedures are adhered to and that only one site will be visited on any given day.
All non-critical service activities will cease with immediate effect until further notice. Where service contracts are in place these will be fulfilled as and when restrictions are lifted and will be agreed on a site by site basis.
