Synergy Medical were called in to discuss potential medical supply unit solutions. Our experience of providing the Cableflow FS Medicol system to the Mater Hospital ICU proved invaluable.

The staff loved the idea of having these fixed units that could supply all required patient services while carrying the required infusions, patient monitors, vac and oxygen regulators.

Clinical and technical staff were also impressed that the nature of these fixed units meant they would not need to replace expensive gas hoses which also means beds paces must be closed and ceilings opened with accompanying infection control risk. Another advantage over pendant systems is the cost with these systems typically being half the cost of a pendant solution.

The hospital also took the opportunity to extend their now hospital wide Schrack Seconet fully IP nurse call system.
