Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation WIFI Solution
The VISOCALL IP Nurse Call System provides WIFI infrastructure; meaning that thousands of EUROs can be saved by healthcare providers. The Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation has 14 bedrooms and provides palliative care to terminally ill patients across the two regions. They have experienced significant problems with mobile and WIFI signal strength. While Synergy Medical were installing the Schrack Seconet AG nursecall system, we learnt of their WIFI issues and were able to install a new WIFI system without the need for additional cable infrastructure. This WIFI system was installed at 1/3 of the price that was quoted to the hospice by a WIFI contractor.
VISOCALL IP is the first Nurse Call System in the world providing WIFI. The word innovation can be overused, but in this instance, Innovation is exactly the right word when thousands of EUROs can be saved by a healthcare provider such as the Mayo Roscommon Hospice Foundation.
