The Graphical Event Assignment (GEA) web application provides for professionals easy alarm assignment of patient calls and medical alarms (syringes, monitors and ventilators) to a primairy and secondary (buddies) group. The new GEA version introduces two important new functionalities:
- Table chart overview for quick and clear insight into which rooms and alarms are assigned to which healthcare professional.
- The ability to link / assign movable (medical and care-related) devices to rooms / patients / clients.
Examples of movable equipment are: wander detection wristbands, cameras, bed sensors, infusion pumps, surveillance monitors, incubators etc. These can now easily cross brand and be quickly assigned to rooms, patients / clients through the new GEA. This avoids management tasks in other healthcare systems and makes hiring of traditional suppliers or supporting services unnecessary.
This gives the professional complete control in the workplace over the use of care equipment and the allocation of alarms.
